What this Privacy Policy Covers

Data is collected and processed by MEGAKORT or third party service providers who as permitted and/or required to provide the Service, in particular to convey the communications you make and includes any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of communication or the billing thereof, including, but not limited to, the duration of a call and the (IP) numbers of the called party and the calling party. All user data is collected voluntarily; you have the right to refuse to provide any of the personal information and not to use the services of MEGAKORT. If you choose not to provide all of the required information requested by MEGAKORT, MEGAKORT reserves the right to deny you access to the website and/or our services. Security of Your Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously and take precautions to secure the information provided to us. However, no electronic communication of information over the Internet or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Although we take great care to protect your personal information, MEGAKORT cannot and does not warrant the security of any information that you submit to us. You submit such information to us at your own risk.

Other Terms and Conditions

This Privacy Policy and any revisions to it are part of your User Agreement.

Information collected may be stored and processed in any country in which MEGAKORT and its affiliates maintain facilities. MEGAKORT reserves the right to transfer information outside of your country and, by using the Services, you consent to any such transfer.

If there is a sale or other transfer of all or substantially all of MEGAKORT's assets, MEGAKORT reserves the right to transfer any and all of your information to the third party acquiring such assets.
